1. The service
Emynor provides online ordering and restaurant management tools. You retain ownership of your content, menu and customer data.
2. Account access
You are responsible for authorized use of your restaurant account and for keeping administrator credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, policies and compliance with local food-safety and consumer regulations.
4. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable uptime. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
